You’ll want to arrive promptly at 6:00\, as we have fascinating entertainment\, art and presentations happening from the very beginning of the event. \n\n\n\nDress Code:\n\n\n\nNo need to fuss over black tie\, but we are recommending fancy\, fun\, avant-garde\, cocktail attire. This is an outdoor event\, please choose shoes that can be worn comfortably on grass and deck. There are heaters surrounding the dining area\, but it may be a bit chilly after sundown. You’ll want to bring or wear layers.   \n\n\n\nParking and Shuttles:\n\n\n\nPlenty of  parking for everyone wanting to drive to the venue. For those that prefer a ride traversing the mountain road we have arranged for shuttles to meet guests at the park-n-ride at the Woodside Road exit off of 280. The first shuttle will leave the park-n-ride at 5:45 or sooner if it’s full. The second shuttle will leave at 6:00 or just after. Space is limited\, if you would like to reserve a spot on one of the shuttles\, please use the link below.
